Order Cancellation
You may request an order cancellation before your parcel has been prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once dispatched, orders are subject to our standard return process.
Refund Eligibility
To remain eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging within the specified return timeframe accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Process
Upon safe inspection at our facility, approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
